? Introduction of Shenzhen Laboratory and Huizou
Laboratory Shenzhen Laboratory
The laboratory is affiliated to Shenzhen Jufei Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jufei Optoelectronics). The company paid great attention to product quality., thus at the beginning of the establishment of the company, the laboratory was established at the same time. The company moved to Pinghu new plant and built this laboratory in accordance with the requirements of CNAS CL01: 2006 (ISO/IEC 17025: 2005) "Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence Accreditation Criteria". The laboratory covers an area of 260 square meters and has many sets of well-known LED photoelectric testing equipment, environmental reliability equipment, life aging equipment, LM-80 life aging system, thermal resistance analysis equipment, SEM & EDS, X-Ray , Metallographic optical microscope, slice grinding equipment, etc. With the laboratory, the company can conduct LED photoelectric testing, LED and module reliability test, electronic component failure analysis and other testing projects, and can independently and impartially expand LED-related testing business.
In order to improve the management level of the laboratory, in 2015 the laboratory established a management system in accordance with CNAS CL01: 2006 (ISO/IEC 17025: 2005) "Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence Accreditation Criteria", and passed the conformity assessment of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment in June 2016 and accredited by CNAS, and the accreditation number is L9128.
In 2018, CNAS CL01: 2018 (ISO/IEC 17025: 2017) "Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence Accreditation Criteria" version of the system accreditation criteria was released and implemented. The quality director arranged an elaborate review on the new system accreditation criteria, a fully update of system documentation and thorough study of the criteria. Since September 2018, the laboratory has officially adopted CNAS CL01:2018 (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) "Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence Accreditation Criteria".
In order to improve the laboratory management ability, the laboratory in 2019 introduced the LIMS management system, which realized the informatization of part of the laboratory management business, including order management, sample management, equipment management and report management, which improved both the efficiency of testing and accuracy rate in the testing process. Especially in terms of equipment appointment management, the informatization has greatly improved the accuracy rate of equipment appointment and scheduling, and laid a good foundation for the improvement of laboratory testing capabilities.

Huizhou Laboratory
Due to the expansion of the parent company's production capacity, the Huizhou laboratory was established in 2018, covering an area of 500 square meters, which is twice the size of the lab in Shenzhen headquarter. The infrastructure configuration is upgraded and laboratory layout is more reasonable and beautiful. the power house is independent, and the internal waterway and circuit is separated, which is more safe and reliable.
In terms of equipment and facilities configuration, Huizhou laboratory is equipped with well-known domestic and foreign LED photoelectric detection systems, environmental reliability equipment, life aging equipment, metallographic optical microscopes, slice grinding equipment, salt spray boxes, drop equipment, etc., which enables the company to conduct LED optical and electrical test, reliability test of LED and modules, failure analysis of electronic components, and drop test of product packaging. In 2019, Huizhou laboratory established a management system base on CNAS-CL01:2018 (ISO/IEC17025:2017) "Testing and Calibration Laboratory" The Accreditation Guidelines and launched the LIMS system at the same time, making the implementation of testing services more convenient and efficient.
After more than one year of implementation and operation of the system, Huizhou laboratory conducted proficiency verification with Weikai Certification and Testing Co., Ltd. for salt spray test and drop test, and the results were satisfactory. An optical laboratory comparison was conducted with the LED-FPD Research Center of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Foshan, and the results were satisfactory. Comparisons between Huizhou Laboratory and Shenzhen Laboratory in terms of staff, equipment and sample were all satisfactory. Huizhou laboratory is able to independently and impartially perform testing and together with Shenzhen laboratory, it accepts the entrustment of various departments of the parent company to test the samples submitted for inspection, providing an efficient and advanced testing platform for the product testing of the parent company.
